The Team Leader – Salesis responsible for delivering a best in class experience for the store team and for customers. The ideal candidate is a passionate, high energy leader who values teamwork and coaching. Ready to put your leadership skills to the test? In this unique position, you're not just a sales expert. You're also a resource for your team, assisting with the administration and management of your store when the managers are not around, as you ensure that every customer experience is the best it can be. You're a pro at responding to sales and customer issues, whenever they arise
When the Store Manager is unavailable, you're in charge, coordinating and monitoring everything related to sales
You're ready at the drop of a hat to step in and help your sales team meet customer needs, whether it's speaking to the benefits of SAMSUNG Products and Services, or spearheading a custom-fit solution for a particular customer
We'll also depend on you to help train and develop our sales team

Requirements- DO YOU HAVE:
2+ years retail experience with an established track record of exceeding and/or achieving sales and service results.
A background in wireless communications is important~
You're tech savvy and know how to help others learn and develop~
Great communication comes naturally to you~
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Has a strong work history that demonstrates a passion for world class sales and service, innovation, personal and team development.
Demonstrates sales excellence and competent leadership.
Background check must be passed
Video Interview required
Has an accountable work style, friendly demeanor, and offers appreciation to others easily.
Must be able to work nights and weekends, holidays, and variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Proficiency in all MS Office applications preferred.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
