The global experienced Recruiting function is comprised of 700 individuals responsible for finding the best talent to fill over 85,000 positions annually for more than 45,000 hiring managers achieve their business goals. To do this, the function interacts with millions of candidates to help them navigate the process in order to find their next career opportunity.
As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will manage a firm-wide recruiting portfolio for North America Human Resources. Ensuring your clients are best positioned to attract, source and recruit top talent, both internally and externally. The primary responsibilities include staffing the business with quality exempt level hires, providing strategic recruitment solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs.
Manage end-to-end recruiting process, create and implement recruiting strategies for Human Resources clients
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls and policies
Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
Collaborate and assist with HR talent initiatives such as networking events, super days, and opportunistic interview scheduling
Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines
Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline process for the client
Demonstrate expert level of understanding of recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment process, share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates
Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of working for JPMC selling both the firm and the opportunity
Conduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
Take ownership of the Affirmative Action Plan; understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring managers in order to ensure and present a diverse candidate slate
Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs
Create, manage and interpret recruiting data and metrics to recruiting leaders and clients
Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years of experience full life cycle high volume recruiting at a fast paced corporate environment or recruiting agency
Experience using Taleo, LinkedIn, HireVue, SmashFly, PeopleSoft or other cloud based recruiting systems is required
Solid project management and reporting skills with ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a committed dedication to providing a high level of customer service
Experience interviewing and managing the offer process for multiple levels of positions
Knowledge of employment laws and employee relations, including specific knowledge of the rules that affect employment
Excellent influence, communication, organizational, negotiation and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence senior management
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with business managers and Human Resources Business Partners
