We are seeking an Education & Operations Manager who will be responsible for developing, coordinating and supervising the education services and operations of a group of Centers within the Early Learning Program. Responsibilities include: Ensure compliance with Head Start/Early Head Start performance standards, Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care licensing requirements, QRIS criteria and NAEYC accreditation standards at assigned centers; working with the Education and Operations Director, provide goal-setting, visioning, leadership, and strategic direction for child and staff development within the Early Learning Program; evaluate and monitor operational systems and services that ensure program quality; support the development and implementation of program standard operating policies and procedures; provide supervision to a group of Center Directors and communicate effectively expectations and desired outcomes; and select, guide, motivate and participate in the training, professional development, and evaluation of direct reports;

Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ experience required in the areas of:
Early Childhood Education and curriculum development
Center Based Child Care administration
Demonstrated knowledge of the needs of low income and at risk families.
Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Proficient computer skills required in basic computer software and data collection systems.
Experience working with low income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families and individuals.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and community partners.
Excellent crisis management skills.
Bilingual skills (English, Spanish, Khmer, Portuguese) preferred.
