We are currently seeking customer support agents for our end client located in Austin TX. This is an exciting opportunity with one of the top social media companies and they our looking for energetic individuals to join their team!
The Customer Support Agent will help support and expand our client’s self-serve advertising customer base. They will also need to demonstrate the value of advertising solutions and provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products. The team will conduct chat, email and phone support for small and medium size companies from North America that advertise on Accenture’s client’s website. They will provide product and basic tool support to improve their experience and drive higher spend.

Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years Customer Service experience
Web chat experience
1-3 years working in a service organization (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with online advertising products
Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills
Flexibility to work any shifts between the hours of 2pm-10:30pm (Monday-Friday)
