The Role

The Director of ERP Solutions will help to oversee the successful expansion of Nordic ERP solution offerings and consultant team. This role will help to provide ERP solutions and guidance to Nordic’s healthcare customers while concurrently helping to build the management consultant practice team. The Director of ERP Solutions will drive forth successful growth and development of the evolving ERP business line while providing consulting services to ERP clients in Oracle, Infor and PeopleSoft product lines.

Key Responsibilities

The Director of ERP Solutions will have the following responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating, executing and delivering high quality ERP solutions to Nordic healthcare customers
  • Providing guidance and implementation advisory level support to Oracle EBS and Cloud based implementations across customers in a healthcare setting
  • Partnering with clients in all phases of ERP projects, from strategy to successful implementation and optimization
  • Creating and ensuring standardized project documentation and materials, including but not limited to project plans, status reports, and risk and issue trackers
  • Operating in a pre-sales engineer capacity and participating jointly with the Nordic client team to proactively engage with prospective ERP industry healthcare clients
  • Identify, qualify, and perform pre-sales activities with prospective Nordic ERP clients
  • Proving visibility to the larger organization, both client organization and internal Nordic, on the status of ERP implementations and escalating any risks or issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with and reporting project milestones and issues to ERP leadership team
  • Growing and developing the ERP practice of consultants; performing management of ERP consultants within the framework of Nordic consultant management standards
  • Engaging with candidates and consultants for interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Working collaboratively across the organization and within the practice to ensure consistency of delivery and consultant performance
  • Managing, training and developing the ERP consultant team to ensure successful consultant engagement and utilization
  • Creating and tracking metrics to highlight successful ERP practice and consultant performance
  • Working on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of and experience leading Oracle EBS and Cloud based solutions and modules including, HCM, SCM, Financials and/or CRM or same knowledge base with alternate ERP product line and modules
  • Ability to drive large-scale solutions projects forth to successful completion
  • Ability to navigate a diversity of political environments across a diversity of healthcare customers while effectively delivering proposed solution
  • Proven project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills
  • Possesses drive and openness to quickly learn new technologies, applications, and concepts
  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims

Additional Details

  • Ability to travel up to 70-80%; including client facing travel and travel to Nordic headquarters
  • This role works with clients and projects teams across the country, which requires flexibility as occasional meetings may occur outside of normal business hours in an individual’s time zone
