Your Role

Support the GM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and is willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Your Responsibilities

People First and Development:

  • Make new people feel welcome and know the team personally
  • Regularly recognize and show appreciation for the team
  • Provide positive and upbeat culture, by motivating the team to take pride in their shift
  • Diffuse and handle conflict situations to reach a resolution
  • Hold individuals accountable for their performance while inspiring them to achieve restaurant goals

Guest Focus:

  • Ensure your team is delivering excellent guest satisfaction
  • Resolve dissatisfied guests positively and quickly
  • Ensure team is in clean, neat and appropriate uniforms
  • Personally demonstrate that guests’ needs are the highest priority
  • Utilize tools and systems to ensure team is providing PREMIER guest service

Premier Operations:

  • Assist profit and loss management by following cash handling, security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor
  • Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times
  • Inspire and help team see their role in achieving restaurant goals
  • Strive to exceed standards and targets (Guest Satisfaction, Labor, Speed)
  • Maintain facility maintenance standards with a zero tolerance mindset
