Plug and Play Travel & Hospitality team is on the search for a punctual, motivated, self-starter Community Manager.

Community Managers run the 3-month acceleration program by setting up events and networking sessions, own startup relationships, support business development with their corporate accounts and deal flows, prepare marketing collateral, order promotional materials and supplies for the team, and more!

Responsibilities:
Corporate Facing-

Schedule and join business development in bi-weekly calls with corporate partners
Set up office hours with corporate partners for the program
Schedule, set up, participate in, and collect feedback from deal flows for partners
Support Director with questions from corporate partners and startups
Program + Startup Facing-

Own relationships with startups in the program
Onboard program startups as tenants and troubleshoot problems over the course of the 3 months
Hold intake interviews, exit interviews, and make sure all startups are on track to meet program goals
Wrap up the program with a batch analysis report and individual startup report cards
Create community events to continue to engage startup alumni
Grow ecosystem of mentors and VCs to bring more value to the program
Marketing-

Prepare flyers and print outs with our marketing team for major events such as: Selection Day, Meetups, EXPO
Coordinate a monthly newsletter with your team
Work with our Marketing team to post relevant news and updates to social media
Order swag for the team and manage vendor relationships

Event Management:
Setup meetups, mentor sessions, office hours, deal flows to build up the program
Book venue, brainstorm content, outreach speakers, project manage to do’s for the team
Inform corporate partners and startups of PNP Real Estate related events coming up
Prepare name tags, demo table signs, registration, printouts for events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1-3 years of operational or customer service experience required
Project management and process improvement experience a plus
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Demonstrate dependability, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and reliability
Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
