Great looks like someone who has strong attention to detail, the ability to question, self- motivate and prioritize. The intern will work closely with analysts and project managers on projects that will help transform the company. Every day there will be new challenges to learn from and navigate through giving the intern great hands on experience working with various team to successfully navigate through these challenges.
Responsibilities: Please describe the type of tasks and projects that the intern will perform during the internship. (3-5 bullets)
Project planning: organization of project plans and task orientation. Assisting build out the technical pieces of the plan to help with the transformation.
Change management plans: working closely with change management to embed communications and knowledge trainings into plans to assist with faster adoption rates & support.
Valuation: working closely with valuation on how build value cases for each project.
Presentations: intern may have the opportunity to be working on presentations daily, being strong with communication and presentation skills will help the candidate be successful
Learning Objectives: What will the intern be able to do as a result of the internship? What competencies – knowledge, skills, and abilities – can they expect to develop through performing the tasks and projects for the internship. (3-5 bullets)
Presentation skills: Communication & Power point
Project scheduling and prioritization of tasks to help accomplish the transformation faster
Great exposure and understanding of all 3 workstream of within True North of: Change Management, Valuation and Project Management
Pursuing a Degree Bachelor’s degree or Master’s candidate
Area of Study(s): Business Administration
Software/Technical Skills: Excel, some Management Information Systems classes
