Your Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our services, using your knowledge of pedagogy to make complex information accessible.
- Document customer interactions and feedback, helping to improve our processes and offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions and share best practices.
- Stay informed about our services and policies to assist customers effectively.
We find that people with food service, retail, and hospitality backgrounds also do particularly well in this role because they enjoy talking to people and providing excellent customer service!
