Compensation:

Responsibilities:
We are looking for our next superstar Sales Intake Consultant, and I'm hoping it could be you. To apply for this position, you must:
1. Have sales experience. Not order-taking experience but sales experience.
To be blunt, we're not interested in your degree. We'd prefer if you had experience with direct sales like Furniture, Insurance, Auto, Jewelry, Vacation, Kirby Vacuum Cleaners, Cutco Knives (Vector), etc.
2. Have a history of getting results
In the end, sales are about results. We're looking for someone who has toes that are black and blue from the door being slammed on their foot, and yet they still persevere to make or exceed their goals.
3. Be excellent at typing and computer skills.
If you have experience, but you can't type or navigate a computer, we're not going to be able to use you in the sales consultant role. I respect that you can sell, maybe better than anyone else. But, we don't have the time to train or wait for you to catch up. The reality is that we work in a fast-pace tech heavy environment, including Email, all Microsoft Products, CRM's like Lawmatics, and all other forms of electronic communication.
4. Be a team player.
Our #1 motto is to "Value others above you." That includes our clients, and your co-workers, regarding their position. You need to believe in our law firm, and be willing to have an attitude of service and humility to make it here.
5. Willing to make a difference in the world.
Yes, I said it. I believe we will change the world, one family law matter at a time. If we fix clients' problems, they'll be happier; or be a better parent to their kids; a better team player at their work; or, build stronger relationships with God.
6. Always be on time.
When you have an appointment with a client, on time is not showing on time - it is early, period!
7. Experience playing sports.
We like working with people who know what it's like to be on a team. Who understand there are rules to the game that must be followed and are open to coaching.
8. Have thick skin.
Many times salespeople will experience rejection. You can’t take it personally. You must see a “no” to mean “not yet.” Further, we never chastise or bully members of our team, but we always offer course correction when a team member misses the mark. We expect you'll take this coaching as intended to help you master your career.
9. The basics
Have excellent communication skills, understand the art of building a relationship, follow up until the prospect buys, dies, or unsubscribes, and above all else, ask for the order, and be comfortable with being judged on performance.
Qualifications:-
Two years of previous sales experience
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
- The hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5. Unless the client can only meet on a Saturday morning, You should expect you'll make yourself available.
-
Because we are a law firm, we cannot share the fee with you, but you'll be adequately compensated for the results you produce.
