Our Technical Support Representatives are the front-line support for more than 300 million customers. As a Technical Support Representative, you will:
Maintain exceptional customer service while providing technology solutions for customers’ inquiries about hardware, software OS, apps, and compatibility
Remotely support multiple technology devices across Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS

High speed internet
Minimum download speed 6.0Mbps and minimum upload speed of 786 Kbps
Basic analog landline telephone service
A distraction free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift
Must be able to work in our brick and mortar facility for the first 3 weeks of employment prior to transitioning home.
Only employees in good standing at the end of those 3 weeks and that can meet the home technical requirements will be considered to work from home.
