Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of relevant work experience.
3 years of people management experience, managing a team and attracting and growing talent.
2 years of relevant experience in partnering with Sales and/or Product Management professionals in a B2B focused industry.
Experience with the Google Cloud Platform product stack or experience in Cloud technology industries.
Strong business acumen and the ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment. Ability to pay attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous tasks under deadline pressure.
Breadth in analytics basics: spreadsheet modeling; financial and decision analysis; working with large datasets, and basic probability and statistics.
Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills, including experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
About the job
As a Google Cloud Platform Strategy and Operations Lead, you will manage a team who represents the “voice of the customer,” ensuring product feedback from Enterprise customers is communicated to Product Management and incorporated into Sales’ go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for the management of processes for gathering customer product feedback, ranging from integrating customer facing teams into the product feedback loop program, to identifying and sharing insights across multiple stakeholder groups, and to proactively recommending ways to improve upon the process over time. Additionally, you will lead strategic projects for the Google Cloud Sales Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations team. This is a highly collaborative role that will work cross-functionally across Sales, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering, with the end goal of driving Google Cloud Platform business growth with our enterprise customers.

Coordinate processes across Sales and Product Managers to curate, prioritize and ingest bottoms-up customer feedback into product roadmaps.
Develop insights by connecting bottoms-up customer feedback to top-down strategic data sets, including total addressable market and competitive intelligence. Integrate top-down and bottoms-up insights in strategic planning and executive business review cadences.
Lead strategic projects and new programs for the Cloud Sales Go-to-Market Strategy team, which will frequently involve Sales, Professional Services, Product Management and Engineering. Design and maintain metrics dashboards for these projects and ensure execution.
Contribute to design and implementation of automated systems used to gather top-down and bottoms-up product feedback and share results across Field, Product and Engineering teams.
Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of GTM Strategy Program Managers to design, execute, and improve various programs and projects.
