Pay: $20-$25 per hour
Full Time Position, Monday to Friday, 7AM to 4PM

Responsibilities
- Lead the warehouse by example by working alongside the team
- Hold team members and yourself accountable for results
- Take full ownership of daily production tasks, including operating and maintaining various pieces of equipment
- Maintain and stay on top of emails and invoices that enter the system
- Ensuring timely completion of orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Uphold strict quality standards throughout the production process
Skills
- Must have prior supervisory experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish proficiently
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Able to work with hands, and perform physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
- Excellent physical strength and stamina. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Computer proficient and a basic understanding of digital literacy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Diligent and punctual with a strong commitment to producing high quality work
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required
