What you will do as Recuiter - Watermark Residential

As an HR leader you will fuel talent management, team member engagement, culture initiatives, planning and strategy. You will work with a team of human resource professionals to influence the design and delivery of all HR programs and initiatives. You will help to find and hire top talent for all of our Watermark locations nationwide. This role will be equal parts strategy and execution, and you will partner closely with the Watermark Residential leadership team and HR business partners to develop and implement programs that continue to propel Watermark Residential forward.

Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising Organization Leaders; managing relocations and intern program.
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with Organization Leaders to discuss needs.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job competencies.
Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Organization Leaders; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Enjoy competitive base pay plus performance-based incentive rewards
Manage intern programs by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising Organization Leaders on training and coaching.
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with Organization Leaders; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

You'll bring to the role:
2+ years experience working within a multi-family environment
Strong alignment to our core values of excellence, leadership and service

Experience using multiple technology platforms
