My Working Soul is seeking a Group Account Director (Medical Communications) to join our client's dynamic, fully remote team. In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, overseeing all related projects and providing strategic guidance to a team of Account Supervisors, Senior Account Executives, Account Executives, and Account Coordinators. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and leadership are key. You'll enjoy a high level of responsibility and the chance to shape client relationships while contributing to the development of the Client Services team. Required.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced communications agency, with a proven track record in account management and client services.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven leadership and management experience, with a strong background in client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A positive attitude, initiative in learning from senior team members, and respect for team dynamics.
