Overview

Deutsche Bank Premier is responsible for all technical and meeting room support services for Board and Supervisory Board and VIP activities within Deutsche Bank Group. Audio and Visual Communication services are also exclusively supported by the Deutsche Bank Premier team.

Reporting to the Global Event Lead, you will be based in Deutsche Bank’s New York campus with responsibility for live event services across the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on management and oversight of set-up and operation of Multimedia and Videoconference systems for all “Tier 1” events in the region; including full room checks. On occasion this will require availability on and off-site outside of standard working hours. These include:

Supervisory Board and Executive Committee meetings on and off Deutsche Bank premises
Analyst calls
Press conferences
Senior Management briefing & Town Halls

Vendor Management:
Event staff (event managers, technicians, and administrative staff)
Adherence to SLAs
Adherence to global process and technology standards
Accuracy of invoicing
Delivery and standards of Level 2 Technical Management in designated event spaces

Stakeholder and Client Management:
General Secretariat
Employee Engagement
Regional communications contacts
CRES Client Services
All other local clients
Operational availability of dedicated local event spaces
Escalation, Incident, and Problem Management of technical and operational issues experienced during room checks, set-up, and execution of live events
Local point of escalation for Deutsche Bank Event related activity
Consumption Management – ensuring efficient vendor support model and appropriate use of resources across our client base
Reporting – ensuring that local data feeds are accurate and that the quality of manually entered data is appropriate and consistent with global standards. Additionally you will need to respond in a timely way to ad hoc requests for Management Information
CSI

You will have:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels of the organization; specifically this includes members of the Board and Supervisory board
Good written and oral English skills demonstrating a passion for quality and attention to detail as well as negotiation, and influencing skills
Proven IT Service Management [ITSM] experience gained in the Financial Services delivery environment preferably in the End User Services or live events domain
Hands-on experience of organizing and coordinating crew and equipment to support live events, ideally in a corporate environment
A good understanding of the technologies and principles involved in the setup of live events
Proven vendor management and service level management experience
Strong analysis, problem solving, and decision making skills
Capability and awareness of working in a globally diverse environment
Experience of operational risk management
Financial acumen and experience of managing delivery budgets across a service or project portfolio
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to manage complexity
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work flow, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks

You will be:
Experienced in a high pressure IT role within the Financial Services industry
Qualified with a diploma / degree or equivalent industry experience in fields relating to IT Service Management or live event production
ITIL v3 qualified (Foundation level minimum; Intermediate or above preferred)

Experienced in:
IT Service Management Platforms
Knowledge Management Platforms
Basic Cisco Videoconferencing
Basic principles of touch panel operation (AMX or Crestron)
Project Management certification (PMP or Prince2) is an advantage
