Completion of projects assigned by Gift Card Operations lead
Support of Gift Card Marketing projects
Communicate effectively and extensively with vendors, restaurants and customers
Working within databases to issue, activate, de-activate and order.
Work within our databases and with partners to place orders
Maintain current programs and materials
Helps support and strengthen capabilities of Operations and Marketing leads to build operating capabilities
Work with Marketing lead to maintain catalogs and databases of art
Assist Operations lead with building and maintaining reporting and data during holiday season
Able to work 30 hours a week
Manage customer feedback regarding gift card requests and manage the customer service group of our B2C vendor.
Bachelor’s Degree in the following (or in progress): Marketing or Business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, required
Previous Hospitality Experience, 1-2 years recommended
Previous Marketing Experience, 1-2 years recommended
