We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all documents are properly managed.
- Assist with making reservations, checking guests in and out.
- Provide customer support by addressing guests concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform all tasks required on daily checklists.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred; customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Proficient in computer software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate records and files.
