Full Job Description
Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company in our customer service department. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Salary Range: $35000.00 - $65000.00 per year
Base plus Commission and Bonuses

Answer incoming phone calls.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office or by phone call, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Provide exceptional customer service, as well as inform customers about new products and services.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Ability to Obtain a Property and Casualty License
2 plus years of successful customer service experience preferred
Bilingual not required but strongly welcomed
