Overview: Work with NMFA development team to develop and implement a comprehensive corporate fundraising.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as primary staff lead for the management of ongoing cultivation and stewardship of corporate donors
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of major corporate donors with a goal of securing major gifts of five-figures and above
  • Fund raise against target goals for corporate giving
  • Identify and initiate relationships with prospective corporate partners
  • Create giving campaigns for corporations
  • Manage corporate volunteer projects and corporate responsibility initiatives
  • Maintain existing cause marketing relationships, and cultivate new relationships
  • Solicit corporate sponsors to fulfill event fundraising goals
  • Develop materials and conduct on-site donor visits
  • Assisting in developing and implementing the department strategic plan

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years fundraising, corporate relationships, and donor stewardship experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Experience in stewardship of donors and corporate sponsors
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

COMPENSATION: Exempt.
