On a critical Homeland Security contract in which every action we perform is in support of preventing terrorist activities in the United States, it is our responsibility to support the management and recruiting teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. A high level of respect for confidential information will be required. Additional responsibilities include:
Keep accurate records.
Assist in the development of confidential weekly reports for the customer, including rosters, staffing updates, and security updates.
Edit PowerPoint slide decks.
Track potential employees through the interview and on-boarding processes.
Manage a variety of calendars by coordinating schedules, scheduling meetings, WebEx, and conference rooms, and maintaining all pertinent information.
Record meeting minutes.
Report office supply needs to customer.
Learn, follow and support execution of tasks against established ManTech and customer policies and procedures.
Able to take direction from multiple managers and prioritize tasks.
Able to effectively work with diverse personalities.
2-3 Years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Office Suite, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Visio, a plus.
Able to proofread and write grammatically correct documents.
Requires High School diploma or equivalent and two to three years of related experience.
Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain TSA suitability.
Working Hours: 7:30 am -4:30 pm
Must be able to type
