Works collaboratively with hiring managers and/or Senior Recruitment Specialist in filling open positions. Responsibilities include successfully identifying and attracting talent in alignment with business objectives while adhering to all applicable state and federal regulations. Pre-screens applicants, administers assessments and conducts background checks on candidates. Establishes and maintains recruiting records and reports.
HS diploma required, BS/BA preferred; PHR preferred; minimum 3 years Human Resources experience preferred.
Ability to offer advice, exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Must be proficient in the use of PC applications Microsoft suite.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with employees, management, and the general public.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
