We're looking for candidates with flexible availability, including early morning shifts beginning at 5am as well as closing shifts ending at 10pm. Professional kitchen experience is a plus but not necessary. The ability to work with common baking equipment is necessary. Following recipes, adapting to our procedures, following direction from leads/managers, communicating well with the team and being punctual are all responsibilities of the job. We cross train our employees to be a part of all the essential elements of the baking and frosting production. Experience frosting with an offset spatula is helpful, but the willingness to be trained is important. Customer service is a part of every position on our team, there will be time in every shift that a team member is required to interface/communicate with our customers.
