We are looking to hire dedicated and reliable Resident Assistants and CNAs to join our growing team.
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining high levels of residential care by performing a variety of activities designed to enhance the lives of our residents.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacts socially with the residents and their families to help increase and maintain a positive social and personal environment.
- Implements the resident’s Care Plan by providing assistance with activities of daily living and personal hygiene.
- Provides care or assistance to all residents with a high quality of nursing, support and personal care including but not limited to, bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, medication management, vital signs and weight checks as per the resident’s Care Plan and the Company’s policies.
- Provide medication management for the residents by following the Medication Management Policy.
- Observe residents and reports signs and symptoms of medical, nutritional, cognitive and behavioral problems. Report all unusual behavior of residents to management and record in the resident’s file.
- Respond to all emergencies in accordance to policy and procedures.
- Provide emergency care within the scope of practice.
- Maintains a professional presence at all times.
- Be on time and ready to work when your shift begins.
This position is an hourly position that starts at $15 an hour for no experience and increases based on experience and certifications. CNA's start at $16 an hour and increases based on experience and certifications. Set up an interview to discuss!

- 3rd Shift (10p-6a)
