We’ve been passionately working on the future of last-mile transportation for nearly a decade. In 2011, our team co-founded Boosted and helped design the first portable electric vehicle to use modern EV motor and battery systems.

We believe in working together with transportation departments and were the first permitted system of our kind in the country. Our DNA is rooted in solving problems by listening to and working with agencies, community groups and riders.
Develop and maintain launch plan and budget including inventory requirements
Hire and manage team of repair technicians, fleet operators, scouts, and rangers
Identify operational opportunities and help innovate new processes
Collaborate with local transit agencies to share data and to ensure the success of mobility programs at the city level
Build, maintain, communicate, and present detailed reporting
Collect and analyze data and propose solutions to optimize performance and utilization in market
Create layout and process to increase repair depot efficiency
Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing or or develop new processes to keep us as efficient as possible
Interface with other markets to ensure maximum performance and efficiency
Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
4-6 years of experience in operations and logistics, consulting, business intelligence, strategy, and/or entrepreneurial experience
Experience building and managing team of 5+ reports
Strong Excel and data management skills: SQL proficiency preferred
Detail-oriented and good at prioritization
Exercises good judgment in ambiguous situations, and uses data in decision-making and communications across the team
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
Strategic planner, innovative and quick thinker
Ability to learn and manage projects
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Be able to execute well and quickly; balance attention to detail and swift execution
Self-starter attitude
