General Position Description:
The Training Systems Administrator will support the implementation and management of the MedExpress Learning Management System and be responsible for administration and coordination of organizational web-based training platforms, systems, tools, and initiatives.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the resolution of LMS user issues.
Supports optimal functionality of the LMS by maintaining daily operation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and addressing system issues.
Supports ME Instructional Design and Development team initiatives.
Coordinates virtual ILT sessions, including creation, administration, tracking, and evaluation of sessions.
Analyze training needs based on number of users, recertification requirements, number of new hires and provide suggestions for number and types of training the team needs to offer.
Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology, facilities, and virtual or physical conference rooms.
Maintains records of training activities (documentation, content, attendance, and assessment records).
Creates custom reports to analyze, track, and evaluate online learning initiatives.
Provides technical administrative for web-based organizational tools, including certifications, observation checklists, WebEx sessions, social learning communities, online course publication, and online course assignments.
Distributes and collect program evaluations.
Independently problem solves IT/Technical issues related to training programs.
Assists trainers when they are in the field, this may include occasionally answering questions from trainers outside of normal business hours.
Assists with grading training assessments when provided rubrics and direction.
Distributes and collects program evaluations.
Summarizes program evaluation results and perform data analysis for Leadership evaluation.
Maintains online SharePoint resource libraries.
Writes communication announcements for company newsletters/communications regarding upcoming training and events.
Documents existing processes to support training and onboarding.
Serves as an advocate and team representative in companywide meetings.
Assists with coordinating onboarding for new employees on the Training Team.
Develops and maintains organization processes to support archiving of training materials.
Researches and vets vendors.
Provides cross-department updates related to training.

Working Relationships:
Will interact with all employees of Human Resources on a regular basis, as well as other cross-functional team members at the Administrative offices and employees company-wide when implementing training and projects.
Relevant Vendor relationship communication if applicable.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems Administration, Business, Psychology, Project Planning, Communication, or related field. (Will consider combination of experience and education equivalent).
Demonstrated proficiency in Learning Management System administration (preferably Cornerstone OnDemand).
Superior technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service skills.
2-4 years demonstrated experience working with industry standards for Training and Development.
2-4 years demonstrated experience with project management or planning skills.
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Broad knowledge of the principles and practices of training and of current educational trends in training and development.
Positive attitude; always willing to learn.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team and business partners.
Ability to represent the Training Department in company-wide meetings and planning.

Working Conditions:
Non-Center Based. Requires the ability to sit at a computer for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping) and travel to Centers (if so, the noise level is moderate and there is potential for exposure to infectious diseases and blood-borne pathogens).
