What Youll Get to Do:
CACI has an immediate opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our team of qualified individuals supporting a Government client located in Ashburn, VA. You will be part of the self-organizing, self-managing team building a customer portal for order management and an application to support billing. You will perform as the scrum master for two integrated scrum teams and will assist the PM and Technical Lead to ensure the team delivers the right application on schedule.
More About the Role:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Experience as a Scrum Master or PM on a software development effort.
Work with a team of developers, and testers to establish and refine the backlog of user stories for delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with the PM to remove road blocks and allow the team to succeed.
Work with development teams to develop plans and estimates for delivery of user stories.
Work with development team to support application demonstrations.
Work with development team to support data analysis to measure efficiency and effectiveness of an enterprise system.
Answer ad hoc questions and provide clarification or direction to development and support teams regarding user stories and functions.
Manage the development and maintenance of project documentation.
Assist with the accreditation coordination.
Youll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with poly is required
Certified Scrum Master
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field preferred and 7-9 years of related experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Knowledge of Agile techniques, theory, and practices
Experience working with a team that is developing in AWS or other cloud.
Ability to be highly organized, motivated, flexible and a team player.
Possession of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
Possession of excellent time management, writing, editing, and presentation skills
Possession of excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills.
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge across tasks and assignment areas.
