Responsible for maintaining KHC compliant BCA approvers per established media matrices with HR support and system governance.
Support the analysis and documentation for the monthly Media Buy review meetings with BU BBP
Provide BUs with forecasted Media LE by brand by month based on current flowcharts and approved shifts
Responsible for establishing WoW for all non SOP media spends, such as eCommerce, EVP, CRM, HQ Non-Platform, PK, PR etc.
Establish a strong collaborative relationship with external media agency operation teams to guide WoW and provide training as needed
Assist in establishing the annual media buy calendar, BCA approval matricies, shift thresholds for Commercial Packages, provide monthly accrual analysis, firm-flex macro capability
Review and approve Marketing working expense reports along with ad hoc requests
Responsible for ensuring MediaTools approver and hierarchy modules are kept current and meet governance requirements.
Work in partnership with other KHC IT teams to understand dashboard needs and help design the media database to meet the dashboard goals.
Responsible for all BU Media spend across the US, and manage the Commercial Working Package Shifts
Partner with Media Lead to provide monthly media variance analysis and insight during monthly ZBB LE BU connects
BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting required
Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and Tableau a plus
Proven analytical ability with high attention to detail
Background in ZBB tracking and analyzing spend differentials
Confident communication – must have the ability to communicate with key stakeholders, outside agencies and with senior leadership
Independent learner with a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
