MarketPro has partnered with a fast growing software brand to find and hire their new Senior Sales Director. Our client is a relationship intelligence automation platform for CRM that automates almost all the work your end users need to perform, resulting in widespread CRM adoption, accurate data and timely intelligence. This privately held, nimble organization has a strong market position and needs a sales leader who can work to accelerate sales efforts and growth within the North American marketplace. The successful candidate will be charged with building and closing a book of business within a specified geographic territory. They’ll call on medium to large enterprise clients from diverse industries including Professional Services (Accounting, Consulting and Legal), Technology, Telecommunications and Financial Services.

An ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of solution selling experience with SaaS enterprise technologies. Perfect backgrounds would include CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement or ERP.

Of course, the candidate would have a track record of consistently crushing quota however we’d also look for:

  • Preferred locations would be field based in San Francisco, NYC, Boston or DC areas.
  • Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience
  • Experience selling multi-year agreements in the $150,000 and up
  • A proven ability to sell to “C” level executives in Sales, Sales Enablement and Marketing.
  • Experience building and managing your own book of business through a network, events, referrals
  • Salesforce CRM experience

  • Experience in identifying and working with key partners to drive success within the territory
