We currently have an opening for an experienced Legal Secretary with a solid work ethic for our Los Angeles office. A successful Legal Secretary within our firm should possess the following qualities:

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, attorneys and staff
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and hard-working
  • Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
  • Reliable

Qualifications include:

  • 2 years of workers’ compensation defense experience required
  • Transcription/dictation experience
  • Background scheduling medical appointments and depositions
  • EAMS filing experience preferred
  • Experience with administrative tasks associated with legal duties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with case management systems
