As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, analyzing their needs, and providing effective solutions to enhance their experience with our platform.
**Responsibilities:**
- Proactively manage and resolve client issues promptly by adhering to and creating SOPs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with weekly data-driven conversations.
- Handle multiple client accounts, ensuring each receives the attention and support needed.
- Work under pressure to meet time-sensitive tasks and multiple demands.
- Provide accurate, reliable support, ensuring client needs are met.
- Adapt to changing environments and client requirements.
