Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and attentive Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection. In addition to providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, the Bartender will be responsible for managing cash handling, operating a POS system, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies
- Manage cash handling, including operating a cash register and handling cash and credit transactions
- Operate a POS system and manage orders and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and serving guests
- Develop and maintain knowledge of spirits, beers, and wine
- Prepare and serve food items, including appetizers and small plates
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a positive and efficient dining experience
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, including adhering to dress code and grooming standards
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on new drinks, trends, and techniques

Skills:
- Experience in the food industry, including fine dining or catering
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wine
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system
- Basic math skills
- Retail math experience
- Proven sales skills
- Experience in food service or retail
- Knowledge of basic bartending techniques and cocktail recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.74 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
