This role works out of our Headquarters in Redwood City, CA. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic Guardant Health has temporarily classified this role as ‘working from home status’, scheduled to return onsite at HQ when it is determined safe to do so.

Since its launch in 2014, Guardant360 has been used by more than 7,000 oncologists, over 50 biopharmaceutical companies and all 27 of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network centers.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for creating messaging and content to support engagement of health care provides to make Guardant Health’s late stage oncology products the standard of care across solid tumors.
Support new product launches by developing strategy, messaging, and promotional tactics
Support the development of Guardant360 brand strategy and tactical marketing plans
Implement and execute Guardant360 promotional materials with the field force and across the marketing organization
Continuously monitor to identify areas of opportunity to enhance the Guardant360 franchise, messaging and tactical pull-through
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Product Team to grow the brand
5+ years of brand marketing experience with a Pharmaceutical or diagnostic company necessary, oncology preferred
Demonstrated track record of achievement and of influencing business outcomes across diverse functional boundaries, even without direct reporting relationships
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team based environment and partner with external/internal stakeholders
Strong business acumen and analytical skills that translate to effective tactics and strategy
Ability to quickly identify insights and develop effective strategies & tactics based on these insights
Advanced degree preferred (PHD, MBA)
