YOUR LIFE AS A HEAD GARDENER
As a Head Gardener, you play an important role in our company's continued success. Leading a crew of 1-2 other experienced gardeners, you efficiently tend and create beautiful residential gardens. Some of your team's daily tasks include weeding, pruning, deadheading, watering, and planting. You also assist in organizing plant materials as well as designing new gardens and seasonal pots. When you're not outdoors, you fulfill other important operational responsibilities like managing the scheduling of jobs. Your top-notch communication skills serve you well as you effectively coordinate with clients, crew members, and the management team. You love utilizing your skills to provide beautiful gardens for our clients and find fulfillment in successfully leading a team!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

3+ years of experience in the garden industry

Physical ability to perform the necessary functions of the job including working outdoors in all types of weather conditions
