Job Overview:
An Investment Banker is responsible for sourcing and managing capital raising, advisory services for HNWI, corporate and institutional clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex financial transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance, strong client relationship skills, an established network of investors and financial institutions and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capital Raising:
- Assist Goldleaf in raising capital through equity, or other financial instruments.
- Structure and execute financing deals for private placements (Reg D).
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other professionals to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Financial Analysis and Modeling:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on market and industry analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reports for regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Background in Tokenization / tokenized capital raises
- Certifications: CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Network: Established network within the financial industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,039.09 - $100,554.11 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
