Work you’ll do

Focus on mastering core consulting skills while coaching teams to apply agile values and principles

Client Engagement & Delivery: Guide and contribute to the development of engagement deliverables; contribute to consultations with stakeholders including client managers, team leads, and other delivery staff; consistently excel at client delivery, applying a wide range of consulting tools; analyze client data to support engagements; offer a lean/agile perspective to your engagements
Practice Development & Eminence: Innovate on our current thinking and co-create leading practices and new approaches to coaching; support the development of internal thought-leadership for the Enterprise Agility practice
Business Development: Participate in sales efforts related to lean/agile/DevOps proposals and RFI responses
Qualifications

Required:
2+ years of relevant experience working with agile teams as a ScrumMaster or Agile Coach
Experience as a ScrumMaster/coach for multiple agile teams within a large-scale delivery project
Experience helping teams apply different SDLC methods including Scrum, XP, and Kanban
Advanced problem-solving skills - ability to apply structured thinking in solving problems
Excellent presentation and communication skills: both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Ability to commit to a potentially high level of travel (up to 100%)

Preferred:
Scrum Alliance™ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification or equivalent experience
Experience applying agile values, principles and practices outside of technology organizations
Solid understanding of IT organizations and specific challenges they often face
Consulting experience from a globally recognized consulting firm
Bachelor’s degree
