ECS is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
We are currently seeking an energetic, communicative, and data savvy Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will work with data architecture, governance, and solution teams to optimize collaboration and management of data and drive priority projects.

Develop Business Process Scenarios as needed across the enterprise (Problem identification, Constraints, Assumptions, measurable outcomes)
Use data governance tool suite (centered on Collibra DGC), to define process flows, harmonization issues, collaboration and transparency
Develop innovative technology solutions for enterprise level data management
Interact closely with key project stakeholders to design, plan, and implement sustainable solutions
Coordinate across external data management groups to develop enterprise solutions
Be responsible for and assists in designing standards for master reference data, data governance, and data quality
Optimize data management processes
Represent enterprise interest with external stakeholders
US Citizenship is required
7+ years’ experience in design, analysis, and implementation of information systems architecture
2+ years’ experience with Collibra Data Governance Catalog
Experience with ERWin or IBM Rational Data Architect
Experience with configuration and change control best practices
Experience in Data Governance, Master Reference Data Management, Business Process Management, and/or Data Quality Analysis
Experience in Data Normalization / Harmonization
Experience with Business Process Workflows
Knowledge of Business Process Model Notation (BPMN 2.0) techniques
Experience working with Federal clients
Eclipse (Mars or later), Java development (for workflows)
