Purpose: To provide outstanding service to all Partner schools to positively impact urban youth's lives. To ensure excellent service delivery by developing and maintaining relationships with school and district team members and academic staff.
Responsibilities include:
Program Development and Management: Designing, developing, and implementing educational programs that align with organizational goals and objectives. This includes curriculum development, program planning, and ensuring programs meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as educators, administrators, community members, and partners to ensure program success. This includes fostering relationships, communicating program updates, and gathering feedback.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring the progress and effectiveness of educational programs through data collection, analysis, and evaluation. This helps in assessing outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and making necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with educational regulations, standards, and policies. This also involves preparing reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Professional Development: Supporting the professional development of educators and staff involved in educational programs. This may include organizing training sessions and workshops and providing resources for continuous learning.
Innovation and Adaptation: Staying abreast of educational trends, research, and best practices to innovate and adapt programs accordingly. This ensures programs remain relevant and impactful.
Successful Program Managers will be able to:
Effectively and professionally communicate with school leadership
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Support academic staff to maximize students success
Expertly and punctually resolve issues that arise with partner schools and academic staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (education degree preferred)
At least three years of classroom teaching experience
At least one year of management experience within education
Understand the needs of urban students, schools, and communities, including racial disparity, socio-economic disparity, and cultural disparity
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service background and orientation
Some Travel Required
Pay Rate $60,000/year
