Experience designing organizational systems and processes such as onboarding, workflow, hiring, and feedback.
Experience in a fast-paced environment reacting efficiently to changes in schedules or direction.

To support our growing businesses and keep up with our pace of innovation, we’re building out Google Operations Centers (GOC), a new global operating unit that provides world class operations and customer support by employing teams of trusted advisors to support millions of Google’s customers, partners, and users around the world.
Google Operations Center is looking to set up incubation processes for multiple product areas that can help in maturing current engagement and ensure that the scaled operations can be measured in a productive manner. As an Incubation Analyst, you will work closely with product areas to understand the business, work on creating the processes and test the models for scalability.

Meet with various stakeholders to gather and analyze information about critical business processes.
Assist in documenting definitions and attributes of current processes using visual diagrams, process models, process maps.
Assist in designing new or improved business processes based on analysis and manage subsequent changes to improved business processes.
Initiate, develop, and implement incubation programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
Plan programs from start to completion, including deadlines, milestones, and processes. Develop and implement strategies that will maximize the synergies among program areas.
