The Color Palette, a private salon suite located in Manhattan, is looking for a part-time assistant. The Color Palette is run by 2 co-owners, who do both cuts and color, 3 days a week. You will be hired to only assist one owner with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts with the other owner when needed. We are looking for someone kind who enjoys multi-tasking and who is open to learning and building their craft. You will be working in an intimate, upscale yet down to earth environment where you eventually be able to take your own clients. Train under top NYC stylists, gain hands-on experience and learn the secrets to growing a successful business. Must have NY State cosmetology license. Blow dry skills and experience with creating social media content is a bonus but not required. All necessary skills will be taught.
