What you'll do:
Our customer base is rapidly growing each day! We are looking for someone to care and manage those customers when they call in with questions and concerns. Additionally, you will:

  • Proactively contact customers who are identified as at risk of cancellation and ensure that every opportunity to retain these customers is investigated.
  • Take incoming calls addressing and resolving customer issues concerning billing, complaints, additional policy information, etc.
  • Be creative, resourceful, and have an uncanny knack to problem solve.
  • Have an ability to adapt and maintain an understanding of the product, communicate features and respond strategically to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to accomplish a continuity in the sales process and retain our customer base. You will be responsible for saving the day and the deal!
What's in your Armory:
  • 2+ years call center, retention, and/or sales experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of sales processes, retention, and a proven record of delivering results
  • Can easily navigate technical systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:
$18 - $24 per hour + Benefits

Compensation is dependant on experience
