Job Summary
Crowe is looking for motivated individuals to join its Healthcare Consulting practice. This person will be responsible for developing deep specialization in hospital finance and accounting, net revenue, and Crowe's patented financial reporting technology Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA).

The ideal candidate would come with a desire to thrive in a hospital and health system consulting environment with goals of solving problems for our clients and helping contribute to the future growth of the business. This person would possess strong analytical skills, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to teamwork.

Travel requirement - up to 50%.

This position can be located in Chicago, Indianapolis or Nashville.

Crowe Healthcare Delivery Unit:
Has an exceptional client base, including virtually all of the largest not-for-profit and for-profit health systems, as well as many prominent academic medical centers and regional health systems. We work with the leading health systems in the U.S., which has historically only been the domain of the Big 4.

Qualifications
3-5 years in a consulting organization and/or hospital and health system environment.
Bachelors degree required. CPA license preferred but not required.
Must have strong analytical skills and familiarity with working with complex financial data sets.
Must have attention to detail and ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
Requires strong written and verbal communication including effective presentation skills.
An understanding of Healthcare financial accounting and reporting, including reimbursement, month-end close, and net revenue analysis, is preferred.
Possess management skills and expertise, having experience managing people, teams, and/or projects; experience in an engagement based environment strongly preferred.
Must have a solid reputation and references with previous employers, clients, contacts, etc.
