Maintain a smooth running office, order supplies, interface with vendors, and IT support. Assist the senior executives in the NYC office, and provide office management support. Act as liaison between one additional office. Support duties include: assisting executives with coordinating meeting calendars, managing schedules, coordinating events, arranging mostly domestic travel, assisting with marketing, answering phones, sorting mail, preparing meeting materials, greeting clients, attending meetings with executives, implementing a database soon (Salesforce), and other ad-hoc business related projects. Growth down the road could lead towards investor relations, COS or other opportunities.
Requirements: 4-10+ years’ experience in a support role preferably with finance experience, excellent communication skills, tech savvy, proactive, discreet and experienced with confidential materials. Someone who enjoys the start-up environment and being a part of a growing team.
