Good Sports is a non-profit organization that gives kids the lifelong benefits of sport and physical activity by providing new equipment, apparel and footwear to those most in need. Founded in 2003 with a donation of 500 basketballs, Good Sports has grown into a national organization that has donated over $43 million worth of equipment to give nearly 7 million kids a chance to play.

Good Sports is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented problem solver to join our growing staff as an Associate, Corporate Partnerships. The Associate, Corporate Partnerships will support the execution of Good Sports’ relationships with key corporate partners of the organization. Under the management of the Manager, Corporate Partnerships, the Associate will work to ensure excellent execution of all activities required to not only meet but to exceed partnerships metrics. He/she will spend approximately 85% of his/her time doing administrative work and the other 15% of his/her time picking, packing and shipping orders out of our warehouse, based on the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS and ATTRIBUTES
An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 1-2 years’ post-collegiate working experience. Experience working in small organizations, and in the non-profit sector is a plus.

Knowledge of and comfort with Microsoft applications and ability to quickly learn new technology

Work with the Account Management Team to ensure that partnerships goals are met, and that donation and activation events are executed successfully
Report regularly to Manager, Corporate Partnerships on status of partnerships deliverables, donation and activation event planning and execution, and data collection
Collaborate with marketing team to deliver high quality, high impact community stories. Collect key data to identify stories that help to humanize our mission.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel associated with corporate partners
Create relationships with and develop understanding of service population
Work with Account Management Team to meet targets for monthly, quarterly and year end goals for assigned accounts
Occasionally conduct site visits to recipient organizations
Play a primary role in the execution of donation and activation events both in and out-of-state.
Travel as necessary based on the needs of the business and for execution of this role
Warehouse responsibilities may include:
Picking, packing and shipping of outgoing donations
Assist warehouse team with the maintenance and integrity of warehouse locator
Assist with shipping and receiving to include: loading and unloading of trucks, sorting and counting and recording of incoming donations
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs
Frequently required to stand, walks, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and climb for sustained periods of time
Will be exposed to moving manual and power equipment, noise and dust
