How you’ll make a difference:
You’ll accelerate our Sales teams by enabling & supporting business processes using Salesforce and other third party tools. You will be the contact point for all Sales & Store related systems and will drive user adoption. You’ll be a significant contributor to the Technology Platforms team by providing a “WOW” experience to team members by delivering high-quality deployments, ongoing support, and continuous enhancements.
What you’ll do:
Our Technology Platforms team works proactively to solve challenges associated with a growing, high-volume, customer-driven ecommerce and retail business. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales and Store teams to drive their third party systems, specifically Salesforce, that enable strong customer relationships. You’ll enable cross-channel synergies through automation and workflow optimizations to improve Sales and Stores team productivity. You’ll evaluate existing sales processes, determine potential Salesforce enabled enhancements, and help implement those enhancements.
We’ll look to you to provide recommendations on roadmaps, consult on increasing system ROI, and partner on identifying and build capabilities that drive growth & improve productivity.

What we’re looking for:
Strong verbal & written communication, collaboration and influence skills
Organized team player with strong problem solving skills & attention to details
Ability to analyze data to find insights, think through problems & recommend solutions
4+ years experience in administering Salesforce for 500+ users
3+ years of SQL/SOQL
2+ years experience in managing data quality, data migrations and data transformation issues (to keep CRM data in a healthy state)
Demonstrated expertise in using Reporting tools including Salesforce Reporting /Einstein Analytics
Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (or equivalent experience)
Some scripting experience preferred (visualforce, apex, lightning platform)
Strong experience collaborating with software engineers to test and deliver integrations
Prior experience with Call center, Chat, List management or WFM preferred
