Discovery clerk/Paralegal duties. Complete all discovery process work for criminal cases, perform various clerical duties including but not limited to reception, pulling files for court dockets, phone triage, draft charging and other documents. Works daily with several computer programs and sites such as Word, Odyssey, Doxpop, PCMS, and InCite. Computer skills, prior work experience in the legal field, and desire to work closely with attorneys, staff members, and the public in a fast paced legal environment are all important for a successful candidate. In addition to the salary, this position includes a generous benefits package. Position will be full time in mid-February but may begin part time immediately for training prior to the full time start date.
