Personal Assistant, Project Assistant - Business Development

  • Need immediately on an event driven project on October 17th
  • Sole proprietorship working out of co-working space and home-office
  • Preferably experienced, lots of work to juggle - emails with attachments to send
  • if receiving school credit - hourly rate will be adjusted
  • Project fee Approx $240-480 weekly, an hourly rate for misc work $15-30, remote work at flat rate. Part-time min of approx 3 - 4 days a week, flex min. 24 hours/ week
  • Project Assistant / Personal Assistant, Self-motivated/Highly organized/multi-tasker, good under pressure

Upper East side, NYC company - preferably lives in Manhattan or close to the Cit, as we would work closely together, and flex hours

Skills Include:

  • Keynote/Excel, (Able to Convert if use Powerpoint to Keynote)
  • Photoshop work can be done virtually
  • Ideal if you have graphic design experience

Can write and edit copy and photos, use Adobe Programs and Excel
Proficient in both MAC and PC, i-phone and i-pad

Working for GRS,LLC - Glanzrock Realty Services, llc - leasing of commercial spaces and Glanzrock Curatorial Services llc, BACP - Building Art Curatorial Programs, "lobby art", office and home, hospitality art curated experiences.
The immediate project is a PowerPoint/Keynote slideshow art presentation

Deadline is late to September for BACP/Building Art Curatorial Programs

Excel spreadsheet used to track artwork, done remotely at a flat rate.

In addition projects include:

  • Photos need to edit/ resized, converted in order to use in presentation

And on WordPress blog posts and a Muse-letter.

  • Can write and edit copy for Wordpress blog. RealArtMuse.com, SingleDads.com
  • Experienced with layout and design for presentations.
  • Organize photos on MAC/PC and iCloud - reorganize so that computer/ iCloud has more space
  • Experience with Wordpress/ Adobe Programs, Keynote, and PowerPoint/Excel/Photoshop
