Coordinator, Trade Marketing & Events

As a Coordinator, Trade Marketing & Events, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Trade Marketing and Events Department as part of a 360 Company Strategy. You will assist with events, selling promotions, collection and product launches, marketing initiatives, B2B activities, and overall department administration duties related to all brands.
Description of Responsibilities
Support execution of 360* programs across all brands including: events, trade marketing, store openings, collection launches, etc.
Support and execute B2B and B2C events as needed.
Support coop advertising initiatives with wholesale partners
Support creation and distribution of marketing collateral
Support commercial division on conclave and seasonal market activities.
Partner with Client Engagement and CRM teams on GWP activities, in-store moments, and overall tactics to engage existing clients and recruit new clients.
Support processing and record maintenance of marketing/events budget and departmental budget, inclusive of timely processing of invoices, account settlement, and expense reporting.
Record keeping/reporting including inventory of event supplies, event recaps, timelines, project overview decks, etc.
Provide general departmental support on initiatives as needed.
1-4 years work related experience
Experience with events and marketing (360* approach a plus)
Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel), etc. Candidate will be trained on admin systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
Ability and willingness to work overtime
