Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Remote, prefers West coast options and must work PST hours
Process: 2 interviews
Must have previous change management experience implementing technology
- Enterprise and Technology company experience
- Preferred if they come from a large consulting company background (Deloitte, PWC, Accenture, etc...)
- Experience working with implementing change strategies for Partner ecosystems and/or Finance orgs
- Does not want to see HR related change projects like policies, must be Technology change
- Able to work with large, cross function teams and orgs
- Current team is 7, very experienced team that wants to give minimal direction. This consultant will own their domain
- Ability to understand Macro and Micro view of change strategies
- Experience with strategy/planning
- Strong Project and Program Management background.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
