GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process Locate Requests in an efficient and professional manner maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Answer incoming customer calls (ACD) in an efficient and professional manner
- Data entry
- Map reading
- Quality Assurance (QA) of peer transactions
- Receives direction and disciplinary action from Contact Center Supervisors and Contact Center Manager
- Receives ongoing coaching and feedback from all Support and Administrative personnel
- After-hours and holiday ACD support
REQUIRED SKILL-SET:
- Strong professional customer service skills
- Proficient and professional verbal communication & grammar skills
- Proficient map reading skills & geographical knowledge of Colorado
- Ability to consistently apply procedural guidelines
- Ability to think & act clearly when dealing with an emergency or stressful situation
- Proficient in use of keyboard, mouse, and multiple monitor arrangement
- Ability to sit or stand while performing job duties for an entire shift with a minimum of unavailable time
- Dependable and punctual with minimal unscheduled absences
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
- Call center experience preferred
EDUCATION:
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED required
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Indoor, in-office contact center, hybrid remote work environment
- Occasional required in-office work
- Extensive periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
HOURS:
- 7:00AM-4:00PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM; Monday through Friday, overtime during periods of high call volume and occasional after-hours and holiday shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
